Breath explores the relationship between body and mental health through breath and sensation. In this case, what happens when we deliberately restrict our breath? How does it mitigate or contribute to suffering?

This piece is dedicated to my brother who committed suicide in 2007.

One color screen print based on Lovecraft’s short story about a hallucinogenic night terror. In the story, the narrator moves frantically through a moonlit dreamscape, from a garden of lotus flowers to the sea and all of its drowned horrors.
